Step 1 of registration: Abstract submission

Authors should submit an abstract in English, the official language of the event, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Abstract should summarize the content of the paper in min 200 words, but max 250 words. To register your intention to participate please submit your paper abstract & check the payment webpage. Abstract submission deadline: May 05, 2025.

Confirmation and acceptance of the abstract

If your abstract has been accepted (check the program webpage one week before the event), you should submit your Final Paper. Please submit your paper in the conference template, by uploading the document in the below section.

Step 2 of registration: Full Paper Submissions

Please take into consideration the submission guidelines. Please respect the mentioned guidelines, use the right templates, in order to get your paper accepted and published. Each author is responsible for the originality of their text, for the translation quality and for the fact that it has not been previously published. Full papers should be accompanied by the copyright form. Only presented papers during the conference will be accepted for publication. Full paper submission deadline: June 09, 2025.
